Summary

To achieve the results, expansion with G8 was planned for predictability. IPR was performed between lower incisors for lower retroclination to close the bite. Class III elastics with precision cuts on lower canines were used to increase the predictability of the lower incisor movements. Optimized extrusion attachments were used along with relative extrusion for the upper lateral incisors, optimized rotation attachments for 1.3, and optimized root control attachments for 2.3 and 4.4.
