Comments

• The patient's cooperation was very good during the sequential distalization of the left side. The anchor was reinforced with a night wearing.
• There was one refinement. Progress was uneventful, but the patient lost some of the aligners.
• In the refinement, elastic wearing was used to perfect some of the crowding and midline that was lacking.
• In reviewing the results of this treatment, I made the following observations:
• 1) The use of TADs on the left side was essential if braces were used.
• 2) Sequential distalization of Invisalign was used to effectively treat without TADs.
