Comments

• The anterior teeth were intruded, and the posterior teeth were extruded to decrease the OB.
• Meanwhile, the anterior teeth were retracted to close the spaces.
• IPR was performed between the upper anterior teeth to solve the Bolton discrepancy.
• Also performed 0.3 mm of false IPR between 3.5/3.6 to solve the problem of loose contact points.
• Permanent fixation of 1.1/2.1 and lower 3-3 were used for retention.
• Composite resin fillings were placed to decrease the black triangles between the upper incisors.
