Comments
My treatment plan is:
- Extract supernumerary tooth.
- Retract upper and lower incisors with class II elastics full-time wearing. Class II elastics help me to gain more force and anchorage for the retraction of upper incisors.
- Correct midline deviation by using a vertical rectangular attachment.
For additional aligners, I continue to use class II elastics to achieve class I canine relationships and do some IPR to improve black triangles between teeth
Finally, all my treatment goals have been achieved: class I molar and canine bilaterally, midline coincidence, close all spacing
