Comments

• Since there was a difference between the maximum intercuspal relation position and the centric relation position, and the jaw position was unstable, the initial aligner was planned to increase the occlusal contact between the upper and lower teeth by arch coordination to find a stable and occlusal position.
• After a stable jaw position was achieved with the initial aligner, detailing was performed to achieve tight occlusion with an additional aligner.
