Comments

• This is a Invisalign Full case but treated with Invisalign Lite option due to its difficulty.
• In first set of 14 aligners, we just close 2.5 mm diastema and leave 1mm space bet 1121 although there is no space in the 1st clincheck.
• We also close lower spacing and correct rotation and cross bite within 14 aligners. During the refinement , we can close the remaining space and do better finishing and detailing.
• After active treatment, retained by fixed type retainer over upper arch and ask p't to wear Hawley retainer at night.
