Comments
- Extraction of upper left third molar was done followed by enmasse distalisation of upper left posterior teeth to finish in a Class I molar and canine relation.
- Full time use of Class II elastics helped in anchorage for enmasse distalisation.
- Molar derotation and expansion in upper arch along with IPR in both arches provided space for retraction of upper and lower anteriors and improvement in their axial inclination.
