Comments
- The chief concern was the crowded anterior teeth, the lack of leveling of the incisal edges and the narrow arches
- The patient was aware that the front teeth were aesthetically not acceptable and needed work at the end of the orthdontic treatment
- Treatment plan was to expand slightly both arches to improve the narrow arches
- Solve the lower incisors crowding through proclination
- Asymmetric IPR was planned in order to center the midlines
- After the orthodontic treatment DSD protocol was done and veneers from upper right to upper left bicuspid were designed and bonded
- The space for an implant in 2.4 was maintained and placed in the last stage
