Invisalign Comprehensive

Patient Chief Concern
Unable to bite on the last molar

What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Invisalign treatment enables rapid correction of the lower arch while the patient is undergoing maxillary expansion with Hyrax. In the initial set, the patient did not wear aligners on the upper arch. Once the expansion was complete, we proceeded with the Additional Aligners phase for both arches.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
By expanding the maxilla, it was possible to secure enough space for alignment and improve the transverse discrepancy.
