What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
In Class II Div 2 cases, it is generally recommended to procline the maxillary incisors first. Once the retroclination is corrected, it is advisable to proceed with maxillary extractions and anterior retraction.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Since we started by proclining the incisors, the patient experienced some temporary anterior protrusion during treatment and had to be very diligent with elastic wear. Ultimately, the patient's excellent compliance was key to achieving this successful outcome.
