I would like to share the complex treatment planning required when implants are involved, as well as ideas on how to manage hopeless teeth in such cases.
What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
This patient was planned for implant placement. The implant was placed after the first set, and it was subsequently used to reinforce anchorage during the AA order. A tooth that had been diagnosed as hopeless from the beginning was kept immobile and included in the aligner design.
