Invisalign Comprehensive

Patient Chief Concern
Crooked teeth and deep bite

What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
It is not necessary to resolve every issue in the first ClinCheck plan. Instead of forcing a complete solution immediately, resolving what is possible first allows for safer management of uncertainties in the next stage.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The most critical factor was the flexible management of the impacted #25. Since its eruption was uncertain due to the retained #65, I didn't commit to maxillary premolar extractions immediately. Instead, began with extraction of #65 first, giving #25 a chance to erupt naturally. Patient understand that our plan would adapt based on #25's movement. This conservative strategy paid off. #25 erupted well, allowing us to proceed with the extraction of #14, 24, 35, and 45 as originally planned.
