What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
To relieve the deep bite, bite ramp in the upper anterior teeth with the use of bite stick is strongly recommended. Overcorrection on the prescription should be made to correct severe deep bite. Patient compliance is strongly recommended on wearing aligners and use of bite stick.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Upper and lower arch expansion with full-time Class II elastics was done to achieve Class I canine and molar relationship. Upper anterior IPR was done to meet anterior Bolton ratio and to relieve anterior crowding.

Summary

Deep bite was successfully corrected. Asymmetric upper anterior canting was improved. Scissor's bite on left second premolar area was corrected. Class I canine and molar relationship, midline correction, Curve of Spee leveled, arches aligned and coordinated, and normal overbite and overjet were obtained.
