The patient presented with a Class II Division 1 malocclusion characterized by upper incisor proclination, dental crowding, and deep overbite. Mild spacing was also noted in certain areas.

The treatment involved controlled distalization of the upper posterior teeth to correct the Class II relationship, combined with selective intrusion and extrusion of anterior and posterior segments to improve the vertical dimension. Leveling of the Curve of Spee was performed to achieve a proper occlusal plane and functional harmony. Sequential aligner staging and optimized attachments were used to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tooth movement.
