The objective was to obtain horizontal and vertical overbite and spacing between the anteriors for the restorative treatment. All posterior teeth were restricted from movement to support anchorage.

IPR from mesial 4.5 to mesial 3.5 with the goal of anterior retraction to create an anterior overbite and allow for upper anterior restorations. 1 mm intrusion from 1.1, anterior retraction from 1.3 to 2.3, leaving 0.5 mm at distal 1.2 and 2.2. and Intrusion from 3.3 to 4.3. Eliminate heavy anterior contacts.

The patient's commitment helped achieve the objectives in one phase; upon completing the 26 aligners, the patient was referred for rehabilitation and assessment of the requested spaces. The Invisalign aligners were used on time and only IPR was reinforced in the lower anterior sector.

Summary

Eliminated strong anterior contacts, proper distribution from 2.2 to 1.2. Intrusion of 1.2 to allow for restoration, obtained the correct space between the anteriors. Mandibular intrusion and retraction to create a better overjet and overbite for the prosthodontist.
