What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Vertical control of upper anterior teeth using TADs and elastics to prevent deepening anterior overbite was crucial. To prevent unwanted anchor loss in 4Q, insertion of TADs in between 4.6 and 4.5 for indirect anchor was appropriate to match dental midline and to establish Class I occlusion key on the patient's right side.
