What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Distalization of the upper molars and Class II elastics were used to achieve Class I canine and molar relationship. Upper and lower anterior IPR was performed to relieve crowding. Lower incisors were intruded to correct the deep bite. To correct the scissor bite on the left second molars, the patient wore cross elastics on #27(buccal) and #37(lingual).
