Invisalign aligners are a highly effective tool for arch alignment. To create space for tooth rotation, IPR can be used gradually over multiple stages.
What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The patient's main concern was anterior crowding and rotated upper anterior teeth. To address the crowding and rotation, IPR was performed gradually throughout treatment. Power ridges were applied to align tooth #42, which was inclined lingually. The incisal edges of teeth #11 and #21 were intentionally not vertically aligned because a #11 resin restoration was planned at the end of the primary order. Class II elastics were used to reduce the overjet.
