What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
To create space for tooth rotation, IPR can be used gradually over multiple stages.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Anterior crowding being the main issue. Arch expansion was performed while maintaining the posterior occlusion, and IPR was done to create space for resolving the crowding. IPR was performed a total of five times, with small amounts reduced gradually rather than all at once. In particular, tooth #12 was significantly misaligned in the arch and required a considerable amount of rotation. According to the ClinCheck setup, the planned rotation was 21.5D.
