Invisalign aligners are a highly effective tool for arch form alignment. IPR can help with tooth rotation.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The patient had mild maxillary spacing and slight mandibular crowding, with some rotation. In the ClinCheck plan, ghost IPR was created between #11 and #21, while IPR was performed in the mandibular anterior to create space for rotation. In the primary order, two overcorrection aligners (#13 and #14) were planned for the maxilla. The maxillary arch, which had a square-shape tendency, was reshaped into a more natural ovoid-shaped arch.
