Invisalign Comprehensive

Patient Chief Concern
Malocclusion

What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Invisalign aligners are an effective tool for expansion, rotation, and achieving a proper arch form.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Expansion and interproximal reduction (IPR) were performed to create additional space for tooth alignment. #31 was significantly displaced out of the arch with severe labio-version. IPR, rotation and torque adjustments were completed to achieve proper arch alignment. Additionally, Class II elastics were used because the patient had a severe Class II tendency.
