What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The patient had a severe deep bite, protrusion of the maxillary anterior teeth, and significant spacing between the central incisors. However, excellent treatment results were achieved by using bite ramps, anterior intrusion, and torque control of the maxillary anterior teeth.
