The aligner is a highly effective tool for arch form alignment. IPR can help with tooth rotation.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Aligning the arch form by increasing the inter-molar arch width and correcting rotations were important factors for success, especially #12 which was deviated from the arch (palatally). IPR on both the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth helped with tooth rotation. Also, Class III elastics were used to resolve the Class III malocclusion and achieve Class I relationship.
