What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Invisalign aligners are an effective tool for arch form alignment, arch expansion and controlling torque of teeth. The application of IPR and arch expansion can help with tooth rotation and alignment.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The patient had a mild open bite and required torque control of the posterior teeth. The mild open bite was corrected using an aligner by achieving anterior extrusion and posterior intrusion. Additionally, the torque of the first molar, which was positioned outside the arch, was adjusted to achieve arch alignment. Despite being a non-extraction case, arch expansion and IPR were performed to resolve crowding and tooth rotation.
