What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Invisalign treatment can be an excellent tool in severe deep bite cases and for achieving arch form alignment.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
The patient had a scissor bite on #24 and #25, with a tendency for the deep bite to become more severe towards the left side. As a result, bracket bonding would be extremely challenging, and Invisalign treatment was considered as an excellent treatment option. The primary focus was on resolving the scissor bite of #24 and #25 and correcting the deep bite. The severely displaced #24 and #25 were moved palatally to align them with the arch line, and a bite ramp was designed to facilitate the intrusion of the anterior teeth. Arch form symmetry was achieved, and a successful treatment outcome was obtained in a short time frame.
