What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Invisalign aligners are a highly effective tool for arch form alignment. The application of IPR can help with tooth rotation. Initially stable posterior occlusion can be preserved throughout the treatment with Invisalign Lite.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Despite being a non-extraction case, a successful treatment outcome was achieved with Invisalign Lite. The anterior teeth were well-controlled without proclination by increasing intercanine width. Mild open bite was resolved by extrusion of anterior teeth. Additionally, the initially stable posterior occlusion was designed to be preserved throughout the treatment.

To settle the occlusion, the vertical elastics were used. The first vertical elastic was used on right premolars and molars [ (1) triangular: upper 4, lower 4-5 (2) inverted triangular: upper 5-6, lower 6]. The second vertical elastic was used on premolars (8 days after using first vertical elastic) [box: upper & lower 4-5].
