Summary

I started the treatment to address crowding and alignment issues. However, after completing the first set of aligners, I wanted to resolve the protrusion of the teeth and lips. After consultation, we decided to extract 1.5 and 2.5 for further treatment, and an Additional Aligner set was fabricated. Following just one round of Additional Aligners, I was able to achieve an ideal overjet, overbite, and facial profile without the need for Additional Aligners.
