What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Occlusal adjustment in Invisalign Lite is critically important in ClinCheck treatment. It is possible to achieve good occlusal results with Invisalign Lite cases when managed properly.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Due to an accurate ClinCheck plan, the treatment was completed without the need for Additional Aligners. Initially, the treatment plan included the remake of 1.1 and 2.1 after treatment, but the patient was so satisfied with the results that we decided to finalize the treatment.

Summary

Successfully treated the diastema and minimized the black triangle by performing additional IPR on the anterior teeth. The result was so aesthetically pleasing that the patient decided to cancel the replacement of the old restoration. While many factors likely contributed to the excellent outcome, I believe that the attachment-free activation of the anterior tooth played a significant role in achieving both aesthetic and functional results. The occlusion was stable and well-aligned, and the patient has decided to maintain this stability with Vivera retainers for better long-term retention.
