What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
Distalizing molars after expansion gave better fitting and good distalizing results. Due to excess overjet I could not place precision bite ramps for intrusion. So instead, I planned frog staging on incisors. (I normally don't do it)
What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Patient compliance was wonderful. doctor's personal staging in ClinCheck treatment plan.

Submission Process:
I planned simultaneous arch expansion first and then molar distalization. Frog staging in central incisors and lateral incisors worked well with stable results in retraction and intrusion. 1/4 " 4.5 oz Class II elastics worn night time to help distalization and retraction.
