Appointment 1: Orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances was conducted over a period of 18 months. Premolars were extracted and spaces were closed.
Appointment 2 Braces were debonded from #13 #12 #11 #21 #22 #23 and teeth from #13 to #23 were prepared. iTero scan was taken for the fabrication of crowns.
Appointment 3: Crowns were cemented on teeth #13, #12, #11, #21, #22, and #23 and the remaining upper & lower brackets were removed and Essix retainers were delivered.
