iTero Restorative

• Appointment 1: Following consultation, an iTero scan along with intraoral photographs were taken and vertical dimension at rest was measured. Digital wax-up was performed using exocad and sent to lab to to fabricate the provisionals
• Appointment 2: Oral prophylaxis was completed
• Appointment 3: Caries removal and composite restorations in teeth #35, #37 and #46 was done
• Appointment 4: Caries removal and indirect pulp capping with calcium hydroxide followed by GIC and composite restoration in tooth #47 was performed
• Appointment 5. Removal of existing prosthesis from teeth #14 and #15 followed by crown lengthening in tooth #31, #32, #33, #34, #35, #41, #42, #43, #44, #45, #11, #12, #13, #14, #15, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25 was carried out
• Appointment 6: Teeth preparation for full ceramic full coverage restorations for teeth #31, #32, #33, #34, #35, #37, #38, #41, #42, #43, #44, #45, #46 and #47 and provisionals for mandibular teeth with increased vertical dimension were delivered
• Appointment 7: Teeth preparation for full ceramic full coverage restoration in teeth #11, #12, #13, #14, #15, #21, #22, #23, #24 and #25 and temporisation of maxillary teeth was done
• Appointment 8: Occlusion was adjusted on the following visit and iTero scan was taken to fabricate the final prosthesis
• Appointment 9: Cementation of final prosthesis was completed
• Appointment 10: Follow up was done
