Summary

It was decided to use a surgery-first approach in collaboration with the OMFS doctor using STO. The surgery-first approach was performed. 2 Jaw surgery is performed first, and then Invisalign aligners were used to finish the treatment. When treating "surgery first", it is very important to make a ClincCheck treatment plan to anticipate the bite after surgery. Collaborative care with OMFS was important in this process. The first set of aligners were made in anticipation of the post-operative bite worked well. The final successful treatment was achieved with 2 times of AAs.
