Comments
- Class II malocclusion was corrected using mandibular advancement aligners.
- Post MA a posterior open bite and midline shift was seen which was then settled in the additional aligner stage along with using asymmetric elastics.
- The arch expansion helped in improving arch form and Curve of Spee was leveled by posterior extrusion and anterior intrusion (relative and true intrusion).
- Class II elastics were also used in the second additional aligner stage to maintain Class I molar and canine relation.
