• Arch development in upper and lower arches to correct arch constriction, crossbite of 14,24 corrected by arch development and correcting the axial inclination of upper and lower teeth.
• Deep bite corrected by intrusion of upper anteriors and extrusion of upper posteriors, LAFH maintained by lower posterior intrusion. class 1 molar relation achieved by distalization of 16 and molar protraction on 36&46 using class 2 elastics.
• Excess overjet corrected by forward movement of lower arch using class 2 elastics.
• Crowding in upper and lower arch corrected by arch development, mild proclination of lowers, and IPR.
